While I know I’d love the grapefruit jelly, I’d have to unfortunately pass on it due to the sheer volume of sugar added to make it “palatable” to the general public.Last night my husband was doomscrolling through our various streaming subscriptions, bemoaning the lack of quality programming. Although he’s always adored Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone, he is in fact not a sci-fi & most especially NOT a fantasy fan. Nothing has stood up to his love of Homicide: Life on the Streets, The Wire, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Americans, & Atlanta. He’s definitely nowhere close to the audience paradigm that studio execs have been wooing with their boring, flavorless & inconsistent shows, that’s for sure.

The chili honey tuna melt sounds intriguing, but I would change it up to a chili honey tuna melt on flatbread, with goat cheese, perhaps.
