Seasons Greetings from us (except my sister who is snapping this pic)!
Sis’s dogs – Ralphie and Kona – who Sharky doesn’t exactly get along with.
Years ago, my mother special-ordered a glass top for her kitchen table. Something nice and thick that wouldn’t chip and would allow her to make pasta. She insisted it be THIS thick (cue rough finger measurement) despite the guy’s protests that it would be too heavy. But my mom persevered and got her way. And now, it takes four of us to just slightly move the damn kitchen table. Mom: “He should have told me.” Me: “He DID tell you!”
I’m reminded of that scene from The Last King of Scotland when Idi Amin admonishes the James McAvoy character –
Idi Amin: You should have told me not to throw the Asians out, in the first place.
Nicholas: I DID!
Idi Amin : But you did not persuade me, Nicholas.

Adorable doggos… and I love the film quote comparison… 🤣
Well, Ralphie and Kona look pretty cute, despite Sharky’s misgivings.
That glass looks crazy thick – is there no worry about dropping something on it and smashing it? I would think it would be something that could never be moved again after installation, LOL!
Puppers in the holiday spirit.
That’s the stuff. xo
Sleeping any better yet?
Yay! Someone brought me Chinese almond cookies today as a treat. xo
I only woke up once last night at 3 am!
I’m back. No, I wasn’t in jail…
Why does Andria’s dogs not like Sharky? What’s not to like? That picture of him standing right behind your mom is a little scary. Just hope his doesn’t accidentally trip her. He is the cutest little dog. Looks like another great Christmas at Mom’s! I hope she got to feeling better before your visit was over. Enjoyed all the pictures. Thanks for sharing.
@Drea – hope you are feeling better now.
