Excuse me. Did you just get that one eggnog off the shelf and not out of the cooler? How can that be? I though all eggs had to be refrigerated and especially all nogs.
Your shoulder exercises looked intense. Not kidding. I bet that hurt. I couldn’t do the pulling the rubber-stretcher-thingy apart one.

That looked painful. But on the bright side, yellow is the easiest one and that looks like you are on red, which is the next higher one up. Then comes green, blue, black, silver and gold. Which reminds me, I have to start doing mine again; I’ve slacked off.
That seems like a good workout. I swim/run/karate/yoga, so my dr let’s me skip rehab.

No no, you’re forgetting vital steps to a good workout. Get out a headband and matching terry cloth wrist bands, then slip into the leotard and leg warmers and warm up with some stretches.
