Round #9 –

As much as I love the Cygnus, I’m riding with Han and Chewie!

Round #10 –

Hmm.  Given the, uh, excess baggage, there are a couple I’d strike off the list immediately.  In the end, I think I’d go with Endurance.

  1. Oh, absolute the Falcon. I mean other than the Enterprise, it’s probably the most recognizable spaceship in the (off) world! Also great for avoiding any Imperial entanglements.

I will admit to not actually recognizing any of the ones from Round 10. Hmm.

  2. Round 9:
The Black Hole rewired my 10 year old brain. Can’t believe that was a Disney movie! Given what happens to it, I don’t think I’d want to be on it. Very cool design, though.
    – I think flying around with Quill in the Milano might be fun. But since that the design only has two bunks and there’s already five crew on board, I think I’ll pass.
    – The ISV Venture Star is an interesting design but we don’t really spend much time on it. And I don’t agree with its purpose.
    – I’m with you. How could you pass up travelling the galaxy with Han and Chewie? Easy choice!

    Round 10:
    – The Endurance design is really interesting. I’d probably volunteer to go on the mission, too, if I didn’t know what was going to happen. I think it’s the least-worst of the four choices.
    – The Event Horizon is a nope right from the start. That thing is cursed!
    – The Palomino is less of a good design than the Cygnus and suffers the same fate. Nope!
    – The Nostromo takes the “truckers in space” theme to the extreme. The ship is grimy, sometimes claustrophobic, sometimes spacious. Plus, you spend most of your time asleep while your loved ones on Earth get old. And that’s only if you survive the alien attack. No thanks!
