  1. All of these covers are my favorites!

Back to your mom post, aquatic exercise seems like her best choice. The shot didn’t work and her PT is probably too painful. Is there a warm water pool nearby that she could walk in? Strap a flotation vest on her, get her a mp3 (waterproof headphones, if she’d use them) and let her walk. Of course, that all depends on if She would, of course. Just getting her out of the house would help, too. 🍀🤞🏻👋🏻 Swimming has helped me postpone surgery.

    1. This is probably the best alternative at this point. She is unable to walk or sleep on her back because the pain is great.

        1. I got my dad an electric recliner. It helped him get in and out of his chair. He had trouble walking and bending. They make some chairs now that have separate support in different parts of the chair for your back that can be adjusted. A 90 year old friend of mine has one and she loves it. She has even started sleeping in it.
It’s bad when they are in such pain and you can’t find a remedy for them. Keeping your mom in my prayers.
