Ponytail: Is there a reason your brother doesn’t want the vax? I do believe mandates should include natural immunity/negative tests (like Europe does). This all or nothing won’t work with a few people. I’d be in favor of offering incentives, too.

Today I tried a new cookie recipe called Melomakarona. They are a traditional cookie from Cypress. It’s an olive oil, orange, cognac, toasted walnut dough rolled into balls, baked and then briefly soaked in a honey simple syrup. Yum!
