I think I’ll leave the snail soup to you. When I worked in a luxury restaurant many, many years ago, we carried large trays on our shoulders, placing escargot mere inches from our noses. “Unwashed” is my best description of the smell. No thanks!
Is there anything Suji refuses to eat? She seems to pretty much be an omnivore.
Japanese and Asian languages in general are difficult to learn. Luckily, you have a great teacher!
Interesting soup combination. Too spicy for me too. What were the crunchy things on top. They looked nice. I could just have some of those on the noodles.
Blueberries are wonderful. I prefer raspberries though.
Just blueberries for dessert is torture! LOL

Cheers, Chev
The noodles looked tasty, I’d like to try it but with less liquid and maybe just a dash of vinegar. And add fresh veggies and seafood to zhuzh it up.
