Akemi discovered a new sushi source this morning. A former chef who used to work at one of our favorite restaurants in town has started his own sushi-sashimi delivery service, sourcing his fish from all over Japan and serving up some truly spectacular meals.
Our bentos arrived, beautifully wrapped.
Unwrapped.
Akemi ordered the sashimi omakase.
While I went with the sushi omakase.
Sadly, not pictured: the ultra-sweet fruit dessert that Akemi ate immediately upon unpacking.
