Well, it’s been a pretty unproductive week.  Spinning my wheels on that YA sci-fi pilot rewrite and making slow progress on the outline for the Project F pilot.  I was primed to start pitching not one but TWO sci-fi projects, but word is a lot of the major buyers are closing up shop until January.  Once Thanksgiving is upon, it’s going to be: “Let’s circle back on that in 2021.”  To be honest, I’m not all that bothered as it will give me time to, hopefully, finish that rewrite – and complete a first draft of the Project F pilot.

What do you say?  Cereal cereal bowls?  Yes/No

Amazing people with whom I have worked…

  1. Wow, it’s great seeing all those smiling faces! I bet you miss them.

    What are you Thanksgiving plans?

Keep those prayers/positive vibes going for Charlie. He started chemo this week and is very sick. Thankfully, St Jude has two therapy dogs and Puggles lifted Charlie’s spirits up yesterday. Therapy dogs are a great idea! https://www.commercialappeal.com/story/news/2019/09/16/st-jude-childrens-research-hospital-staff-service-dogs/2341369001/

Not much going on here. I had a few medical tests last week and they all were fairly normal. It’s the luck of the draw I suppose. I’m still in shock over Charlie. He played sports and seemed very healthy. It was a blessing he was diagnosed so fast. The bone marrow was negative for cancer, so it hasn’t spread behind his shoulder yet.

Anyway, I’m currently trying to stay positive in this crazy world. Good luck to everyone!

    1. My hubby told me that Huckleberry and Puggles each have employee badges. So cute!
