Lulu will be missed. I’m not sure which is better, a sudden end or a prolonged illness? Maybe Lulu is up there with Dr Jo. I like to think of them up there young, healthy and loved.
Hopefully, you will find a new companion for Suji soon. It will be fun learning the new one’s personality quirks. With Lucy, she slowly came out of her shell and it was a pleasure to see her blossom. It took a full year or two for her to truly settle in. Being in a cage most of her life…..
Changing the subject, I loved Ricky Gervais last night! I’ve stopped watching award shows for just the reasons he mentioned. I’m a fan because of his work with animals but now I’m a fan of his comedy too. Did you see the audience squirm? I thought I heard a few (quiet) boos during his joke about Felicity Huffman. Ricky was spot on about the sequels too. He probably burned some bridges but I’m sure he can take it.
Oh, I’m listening to James Corey’s Expanse Novels on Audible. The books are good and the narrator is excellent! Just an FYI, if anyone is looking for an audio book.
I went back into your blog to see when you first started posting about her and I did remember the post about Fondy in there. But it was about going to look at different dogs. I didn’t know I had been lurking THAT far back.
Speaking of socks, yours were kind of awesome, too. But isn’t that all our stories about our socks. I don’t know sometimes where the mate of the sock ever goes to. They have to go SOMEWHERE, right? I doubt the washer/dryer eats them, right?
❤️❤️💔❤️
❤❤❤❤
Suji Sundays are the best Sundays.
I did post something on Twitter asking about Fondi’s response to Lulu. I’ve left Twitter since then. Love Suji Sundays.
She was incredibly saddened and thanked Akemi and I for taking such good care of her.
