Your typical Sunday lazing.
Suji prefers the minimalist decor.
Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays this pug from the swift completion of her appointed poop rounds.
Meanwhile, Lulu does NOT enjoy her visits to the vet –

Suji is adorable as ever!
Lulu in a cone… is she unwell? Sweet Lulu. 💕
She does make sounds similar to those used in parts of the Jurasic Park film for the smaller dinos. Perhaps she could work as a voiceover actor?
😸😸
It’s a good day to see pup pictures. 🙂
David S. Issel: Did you read the Robot novels by Asimov?
What about “The Forever War” by Joel Haldeman? Marco Kloos has a good alien invasion series. Martha Wells has the Murderbot series. It’s good but the stories are short.
My hubby and I like the Jack Campbell “The Lost Fleet” novels too. We listen to the audio book while driving. The voice actor is incredible, Christian Rummel-he can modulate his voice into several characters. Rummel is a classicaly trained theatre actor and it shows in his work.
Scalzi’s The Interdependency Series is pretty good but I’m not a big fan of the audio books read by Wheaton. I like his voice but he can’t modulate different characters like some of the other voice actors.
Thanks for your list. I’ve read a few you listed and the others….. I’ll look up. My hubby likes hard core Sci-fi classics (Clarke, Hogan, Chalker, Vogt, and Weber).
I survived the karate tournament. Our ring ran smoothly, with no major injuries and I didn’t screw up the charts, so all is good! I did get a laugh out of one of ladies. Robin is a world wide competitor in karate (she’s very good) and she was watching her young son spare (he’s around 11 or 12). The kid got knocked down while sparing and being a great karate mom, Robin’s on the side line saying “What are you doing on the floor? Get off the floor!”. 🙂
Those photos of Superstar Suji surely must be from Vogue magazine… If they’re not then they should be.
Wishing Lulu a speedy recovery! Xxx
I agree with Lulu 100%! I also get that way when I have to go to the doctor. I want to bark too.
I think Lulu may be possessed. But still adorable.
Sending hugs to little Lulu! You tell ’em girl, that’s no way to treat a lady. I love Suji’s tactical military jacket, she just needs two teeny pistols strapped to each thigh to launch her first mission through that Stargate you so kindly made for her.
I miss Clone Club, they were so ahead of their time. Seeing Three Perfect Strangers was less of a shock after watching OB. I never got into The Office, but I give off enough of an “I love The Office!” vibe that I was gifted a box set, still unopened. We needed a good fan name for People of Earth, I love and miss that show, we are the tiniest fan base on the planet.
Her displeasure at being at the vet is clear. Clearly adorable too. Suji is so precious.
