What a perfect person to go to Tokyo with – Akemi.
Those eggs remind me of my big Sunday dinners. I work for an hour to make it and it is eaten in less than 20 minutes. Could you just slow down your eating a little and show some respect for the preparation time? 🙁

A remarkably clear day in Tokyo when you can see the mountains. Fantastic.
Um, is that a snot bubble on the TV creature sign? I’m uncomfortable.
Go carts and a tiger suit, sure. Is that a Santa without pants flinging that sign around in the window? Okay. Stay weird, Japan.
As for the egg yolks, just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

The decontructed/reconstructed truffled egg yolk. Very interesting! I thought Akemi said truffles taste like dirty socks smells. Was this just a you dish?
