  1. I finally picked another winner. The corporations are going to be causing some serious trouble in season 2!

  2. Add another one to the loss column! I was going to vote for #2, but since the one I liked the best has lost recently, I voted for #3 since I thought that would be the one to win. At least my favorite finally DID win, even if I didn’t vote for it, LOL!

  3. I can’t believe I got another winner. This one was really hard. I’ve only missed one so far, I think. Maybe in Season 3 we can suggest titles and you pick the one you like?

  4. @I think. Maybe in Season 3 we can suggest titles and you pick the one you like?

I would suggest these for titles.

    Episode 26: We’ll be back
    Episode 27: As expected
Episode 28: The show must go on
Episode 29: So get your guns
Episode 30: And shoot some bad guys

Those would be great titles, calling the Season 2 finale that would probably be overconfidence to some, but it’s not like anyone thinks the show won’t get a Season 3.

He could just string the titles along to form some kind of sentence.

  5. Wooohooo!!!! Another winner. I campaigned pretty hard for “Going Out Fighting” for Ivon’s episode. I reached out to family and friends via Facebook and Twitter, so I’m happy that won.

Going Out Fighting feels very “Butch and Sundance” to me, reminiscent of Stargate SG1.

I love the logos. I’m very interested in how they come up with the designs.

    Cheers, Chev

  6. Argh! My choice wasn’t the winner yet again. Fie, I say. FIE!

Anyways, here’s a few more pics of the GC trip!

Me, celebrating getting back to the actual trail. And surviving.

After a rather showery day hiking around Horseshoe Mesa, we climbed up and camped on top of it. My home for our last night there!

The rain showers were a bit of a bother, but they did leave us with this beautiful rainbow. This was the view from our campsite, BTW!

The sunset lights up the rocks to the East. What a sight!

Sunrise on our last morning. Definitely nice to wake up to.

  7. I like choosing from your selections because I feel certain that they are lines of dialogue from the episode. Without knowing what the episode is about how would we know what to call it?

Stargate had great episode titles – Window of Opportunity, Be All My Sins Remembered etc.

    Cheers Chev

  8. Hey Joe, is Akemi’s family all okay? Hearing about the big earthquake in Japan.

@ gforce – those pictures are awesome!

  9. Spectacularly lost this round with my choice coming in third, congrats to all those who won. Have we heard of Pendragon Corporation before? I immediately think of Arthur & Excalibur. You say llamas and I think of The Emperor’s New Groove.

    gforce: fantastic pics!!

    Happy Friday everyone!

  10. @Ponytail and Bambamfans:

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Right after celebrating my birthday on Tuesday, I flew to Dallas for a business trip and I’m now waiting to board my flight to go back home. It’s been a short but tiring trip with missed flights and booking and security delays, but now I’m finally headlining home.

The one thought going through my mind at the moment is “I’m getting too old for this!”

  11. Llamas, goats, chickens ..
Joe, have you been visiting one of your restaurants again?!

@gforce – wonderful, amazing pictures! Thanks for sharing 😎

  12. “……. on set today, chock full o’ fun: llamas, goats, chickens, …. and cagey locals”

Gee Joe, Wish you would have spoken up sooner!

Had I known all it would take to get you having fun at work again is a few live farm animals and some shady characters on set – I’d have gifted ya some of my neighbor’s and their ‘farm’ animals months ago, eh!! 😀

@Gary Never doubt you have a perfect eye for capturing absolutely breath taking nature photos! <3

Albeit, I still think you're quite nuts for having ventured that unstable ledging!

Glad ya made it back in one piece. 🙂

  13. @ponytail : The quake was on kyushu island Taiwan 800 + miles from the Tokyo area. The 10 person death toll thus so far is due to an apartment building collapse & one house fire. The majority of the damage occurred in Mashiki. Only one fatality was not due to the building collapse. – A 90 yr old woman who died in a resulting house fire in Kumamoto. There were however, unfortunately a large number of injuries due to debris.

Although it was only a 6.2 mag on the actual sensor read, it was very shallow and its epicenter was very close to a heavily populated area with many older buildings not built to modern earthquake code. (not shake resistant). Another quake of 7.1 mag occurred hours later at Cook Island, Alaska but it’s center was 50 miles deep below ground so no damage resulted from the 30 seconds of scary shaking locals experienced there.

  14. Love the Pendragon logo, I want to live in this cool DM future. Feels like we’re a generation away from flying on a Space X shuttle to a cool space hotel. I keep meaning to rewatch 2001 A Space Odyssey on Ntflx.

@gforce, gorgeous pics, though I’d be worried about critters crawling into my boots out there in the desert. I don’t know where my girl scout camping spirit went.

  15. Gforce: Those pictures are stunning! I’m glad it was a good trip.

    JeffW: Safe travels!

Maggiemayday: I pray your health gets back to normal soon!

Drats! I lost again but they were all great titles. Are those signs available as bumper stickers?

  16. @gforce- enjoyed the pictures. So the pile of stones is not an indication of a lost hiking party member.
I like choice two as it has that Buthch Casidy and Sundance Kid feel

  17. Man, I am really curious as to my track record with these episode titles. I think I’ve voted for the one that won every time! I’m a bit fuzzy on which one I voted for on episode 2, though….so maybe not.

Looooong, jam-packed weekend ahead for me. Got my cousin’s wedding tonight, driving to LA right after(about a 4 hour drive)….doing Slater’s 50/50 for lunch tomorrow, WB studio tour directly after, hopefully shop for an hour or so before dinner, clean and detail the car….drive it over to the HUGE car show Sunday morning(2,000 cars) at Knott’s Berry Farm, leave at about 3:30, hopefully getting home by 8pm, go straight to bed!

    -Mike A.

  18. @gforce those photos are awesome. Especially that one with the rainbow, it is breathtaking. All the colors!!!

  19. Hi Joe
Obviously ra-occurring theme is going on here. I know I’m somewhat of a rebel, but I’ve only managed to have voted for 2 of the winners. What are the odds?

@gforce beautiful pics. You have a natural gift.

    Elminster
