THIS is an outrage! Look at this picture. That’s powdered sugar on my shirt. And how, pray tell, did it get on my shirt? It got there because the sfogliatelle (Italian pastry) I was having for breakfast exploded when I bit into it, raining its dusted coating onto my lap and shirt front. And who’s fault was that?! Correct! Alison and Trevor’s! Had they had the foresight to blow the excess powdered sugar off my Italian pastry for me, this never would have happened.
I mean, seriously! Do you think Shonda Rhimes puts up with this crap?
At part of my continuing efforts to offer you unique behind-the-scenes insights denied fans of other shows, I proudly present Wednesday’s Dark Matter lunch menu which included bean salad, stuffed supremes, and pies & cookies.
Back on the home front, Bubba is settling in nicely. Just like Vancouver. Different laundry basket, but same idea.

I’d be a bit annoyed about the exploded powdered sugar as well. Especially with your penchant for wearing dark clothes. You are a beacon to the world. Did you at least get a decent grovel out of Alison and Trevor?

and what are the little, colored dots by each thing for? is that to denote what is vegetarian or gluten free or something?
I am surprised after the unforgivable disaster with the pastry, I thought you would have ended the crews’ meal to just bread and butter.

I opened your blog and your picture scared me to death! I thought, “what did I do?!” I wouldn’t want to ever be in trouble with you! As much as you eat Joe, if I ever saw you with food on your shirt, I wouldn’t think anything of it.
Alison and Trevor – Lick it off next time, let it dry, then give it to Joe. Lick all of Joe’s food before he gets it. Just to be safe. 😉

I don’t know…if one is wearing a shirt on which the buttons look like they are about to pop off…one should not be complaining about a little Italian pastry’s powdered sugar on ones shirt….LOL.
Unless, of course, the said shirt was shrunk accidentally in the wash. (and I would stick with that story if it were me)
Seriously, someone as important as you should have a food taster. One never knows when ones life is in danger.

now that i think about it, she probably has the powdered sugar brushed off of her pastries with a sable-haired brush until the preferred amount is left.
