I returned home from Tokyo yesterday and the first thing to greet me upon my arrival, ironically enough, was a Christmas present from SyFy.  Postage due.

The second thing to greet me was this –

She may still be wobbly on those hind legs, but Jelly’s condition has improved significantly since her back surgery.  Hopefully, with continued rehab, in the coming months she’ll be charging around the backyard like her old young self.

Jelly models her rear-support harness. For walkies.

My first two days back have been exhausting.  Gifts to purchase, laundry to do, beds to make, bills to pay, scripts to read, presents to drop off and a movie to watch.  Did I mention gifts to wrap?

I know, I know.  You’re asking yourselves: “Why the hell are all those Christmas gifts wrapped in Happy Birthday wrapping paper?”.  The obvious answer: Because it’s Jesus’s birthday, you heathens.

Also, I was out of Christmas wrap and that’s all that there was left in the closet.

I’ve been holding off commenting on this whole SyFy cancellation thing because I was hoping to have more news to offer on the subject – but, alas, I possess no more insight now than I did two weeks to Christmas when I read about it on twitter (and later received confirmation from Deadline.com).  So is this the end?  Well, obviously, it doesn’t look good.  But IS THIS the end?  Well, the SyFy cancellation makes it very long odds that we’ll be producing a third season next year.  BUT IS THIS THE END?  Damn you’re persistent.  The honest answer is: I don’t know.  No, that’s not entirely true.  The truth is I do know some – but only enough to say it doesn’t look good and it’s very log odds we’ll be producing a third season next year – yet still only enough to say I can’t say this is definitely the end.  At least for now.  Time will tell and I’ll keep you updated on any and all developments – especially if there does come a time when the Stargate franchise once again needs your support.

  1. Jelly is looking younger now that she is able to get around. You should be building a little pool in the back garden/yard for her to swim in each morning. 😉

The fact that you have already bought your Christmas presents is amazing – men are not too organised when it comes to buying gifts.

I hope the hounds are excited at the prospect of seeing their Aunt and Grandmother.

Scotland seems to have ground to a halt, it has been very cold for several weeks. It is about minus 17℃ just now. I ordered most of my presents on-line and nothing has arrived. As long as Santa Claus (Santa Kittie in my house) visits me I will be happy.

  2. Actually, what I conjecture you might mean is that it might be the end of the series as a complete series, but that U might live on as a movie or mini series or something Space puts together with a more limited budget. On the right track?

Or that you are talking about the franchise as a whole, and not Universe. In which case I hope you get to dust off your copy of the Extinction script sooner rather than later.

    Cheers!

  3. Good to know that you made it back safe. Also good is that Jelly is improving. Have fun wrapping gifts! I’m wonder what syfy could have gifted you. I’m trying really hard to resist the inclination to make snarky/sarcastic/smart-ass comments. Trying sooooo hard.

  4. Glad Jelly and the others are doing well. I have been debating wrapping my presents in b’day gift wrap… since you started the trend, I may as well continue, hey?

  5. Excellent – THANKS for the Jelly update vid and pix of the gang.

Hmmm, good thought, idea regard b’day wrapping paper.
    Oh, and welcome home!!

  6. Look at Jelly, she is doing so well. The other kids look great too. I am sure they missed you. Thanks for the pictures. 😀

  7. AWESOME seeing Jelly! She looks like a new pup-pup again. So much spirit in that dog! I bet you feel so much better now that you’ve seen her.

    Postage due? Too funny.

Joe, don’t tease me like this. I was having a discussion with someone on Wednesday before the news broke and they weren’t feeling good about the renewal and I said my instincts were saying it would be fine and then I got the news on Thursday and it was the first time my gut instinct ever let me down, but now you’re saying, there is a chance. (Reminds me of Dumb and Dumber when the chick says to Jim Carrey’s character that the chances of being together were one in a million, and he replies, “So you’re saying there is a chance?” This is good news. I put the link to your blog on my Twitter feed so people can read what you have to say about it.

  8. Thank you for the update. This is the first time I’ve posted on your blog. What’s the saying – Long time listener, first time caller? I’ve seen every episode from all three Stargate series. Love all three!

I’m hoping that there is some way another network can pick up SGU. I can’t believe how passionate I am about this series. It’s the only show that I have to watch live, because I just can’t wait to see what happens! SGU is amazing and I love the look, feel, characters, and direction it is going. It has so much to give us fans!

Please keep us updated of any direction we might be able to take in order to get the gate turning again.

In the meantime, I’m sending polite messages to Space channel in hopes they can pick it up and to MGM Studios letting them know fans would greatly appreciate it if they continued SGU on another network.

Glad to hear Jelly is doing good! =)

  9. Okay, the only thing that rivals that photo of Lulu and Maximus asleep for adorableness is that video of Jelly. Great to see her looking so good!

  10. I know that you probabley get this all the time, but us Stargate fans are realy wondering what is really going to happen here. Will there be a Stargate Atlantis movie(s)? Will there be more Stargate SG-1 movies? Will Stargate Universe move to another network? Will its story conclude at the end of this season? Will there be a movie to wrap things up for this sereis?

I don’t want to sound like a spoiled brat here or anything, but I really love this series, and I just can’t get enough of it, and all I can find online is rumors or other fans saying what could happen. Some offical word on the future of what is going to really happen would be very much appericated.

    Thanks.

    Josh

  11. Woot, you’re back. Glad to see Jelly doing well. 🙂

And about SGU… I understand you don’t know enough, but that ridiculously little piece of hope is all this depressed fangirl needs before Christmas. Thank you for that. Got all my fingers, toes, whatevs crossed that SGU would beat those odds. Just like its characters have countless times.

    🙂

  12. Thank you for the video!! SO good to see Jelly up and around and happy! The puppy pics are just too sweet – Bubba strikes a fine pose, Lulu looks possessed…but that one of the sleepy pups just takes the cake! Thanks!

    das

  13. Aww Joe, she looks GREAT! So glad you went with the surgery – it’s made a world of difference! Sending you both big, happy hugs 🙂

  14. Jelly looks great! They all look great. Shoot! I am so mad I didn’t think about wrapping gifts in birthday paper! Would have saved some money. 🙂

  15. I’m so disappointed over SGU’s cancellation.

If there’s even a small chance of a 3rd season or a direct to DVD movie to tie up the story I’d support it all the way!

    I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

I know for a fact that I’ve got the S01 Blu Ray for Christmas, so there’ll be some HD re-watching in January for sure!

  16. Ah, in that last shot, you missed the chance to decorate them with Santa hants and garland for Christmas 😉

  17. Hey Joe – You want I should get Guido and Nunzio and do some persuading of the executive types? 😉

    Just let us know…….

  18. Jelly looks great!! I don’t even know her…personally that is, and that video brought a smile to my face.

    I’m guessing SyFy sent you a Smackdown t-shirt. (?)

    Happy HanuMasKwanzBoxWinter Solstice everyone!

  19. Hello!

Moi j’adore votre papier cadeaux!! =D

..c’est étrange que vous n’ayez aucunes nouvelles concernant le futur de sgu..o_o?

    Bonne fêtes!
    Grossss bisoussss!!!!

  20. I hope Universe will get some closure, and the SG1 and Atlantis movies will get made. That’s my wish to all stargate fans for 2011!

  21. Oh, Jelly’s eyes look brighter or is it just my imagination, perky again, good for her. thanks for sharing the pups. And Max and Lulu really have trouble relaxing b4 bedtime, that pillow looks so soft and comfy. Maximus is keeping an eye(or 2) on the situation. Are mom and sis coming to your house this year> or is it off to the airport again for you.?(the bd paper will confuse the baggage handlers) Hope your Christmas is Merry wherever you spend it!

  22. It is good to hear that you made it back safe and sound and didn’t get caught up in the Christmas-travel chaos. I hope you are able to relax and enjoy a blessed and calm Christmas!

  23. Awwwwwww…Jelly Girl!!! She looks fantastic! 🙂 She is such a sweet baby girl! 🙂 Love all your doggies! They always brighten up my day. 🙂

Yes. Christmas IS Jesus’ birthday. 🙂 Good answer. 😉

I surely hope this is not the end for SGU yet. Hopefully…this means there will be DVD movie to conclude the series. I hope so. You can’t just leave ’em stranded in Destiny forever. Plus…we gotta know the true meaning of Destiny’s mission. Where’s it headed? How much longer? Will Chloe turn into an alien?

Also…is this end of the Stargate franchise? Will there be another series? Will the movies (SG-1/SGA) get greenlit? I hope you find out more information for us.

  24. Great to see the pups doing well. I love the birthday Christmas paper – that’s totally something I would do on purpose.

Here’s hoping for some positive news on the Stargate front!

  25. Hello again,

Have a Merry Christmas and I wish you an Happy new year.

Now I would like to know if you will continue this blog even after the end of the second season of SGU sometime in June?

  26. Welcome Back Joe looks like Tokyo was a blast. Thanks for the very vague info on the future of Stargate its better than nothing for sure. I am also glad Jelly is on the right road to recovery!!

    New Christmas Wish;

“All I want for Christmas is my ‘Stargate Back’!”

Merry Christmas to you and yours!!

  27. Only one(1) out of three(3) SG series has an ending. Dosent look good for the franchise even with all the past success. I mean i love SG but if SG is over indefinitely i have to see it as a failure…

  28. Glad you’re good & so is Jelly.
Merry Christmas Joe, your family & Everyone Here!!
    DD

  29. Postage due. *Le sigh* That says so much. I won’t even say what it’s saying, but it’s saying it 🙂

Jelly! Awesome, you old girl! Busted a grin watching her get around. Very nice!

  30. First of all, let me urge everyone to write to feedback@syfy.com to let them know what you think of their decision. It may not get the show back on the air, but it will at least let the network know that there are people out there who appreciate intelligent scripted programming.

I’m so depressed. SyFy has exactly one show worth watching right now, and that’s Universe. Once season 2 runs its course, l will have no reason to watch the channel. Frankly, it’s kind of amazing that a science-fiction fan like myself has no reason to watch the channel that is supposedly dedicated to science-fiction. I don’t like reality nonsense like ghost hunters, and I’m not a big wrestling fan, ya know? And the couple of scripted programs they have left don’t exactly challenge the intellect.

Anyway, I suppose I’m lucky that I got 2 years of a thoughtful, interesting show like Universe. I’m trying not to get too aggravated by the internet “fans” gloating over the show’s demise. Are they happy that the franchise is dead? How likely are further Atlantis stories now?

Well, thanks for writing a show that I loved. I wish the story could continue.

  31. Glad you got back safely and that the dogs are doing well. I use birthday gift wrap a lot this month because there are three birthdays in my family between the beginning of December and the beginning of January.

  32. Good to see Jelly up and around! And so happy to see you.

Hey Joe, let us know what we can do to help support SGU. I, for one, would love to see a third season and it honestly won’t break my heart if it is not on SyFy. So let me know where and when to start sending letters, emails, etc. I draw the line at Twitter, however. Don’t tweet and don’t intend to start.

Nice try on using that birthday paper; you might have sold the folks on your blog, but good luck convincing your mom.

Now I have to get back to my calamari. And smelt. Much to do before Christmas Eve.

  33. Yay Jelly!

You know, I might have chalked the informing via Twitter as a misguided attempt at being hip by SyFy. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, but, then again: the name’s SyFy. The “postage due” stuff is old school lack of class. Thanks for clearing up the confusion, SyFy. The Comcast take-over can’t come soon enough.

  34. I forgot to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!

Looking forward to unwrapping what my brother bought me from Creation.

  35. How does that line from “It’s a Wonderful Life” go? Oh yeah, Jimmy Stewart reaches in his pocket and cries out “Lulu’s tats! Lulu’s cute little ear tats!” The doggies are soooo sweet. So great to see Jelly walking and shakin’ her hips like the soul sister that she is. That hip injury comes from Jelly’s time in original line up of Destiny’s Child, before Beyonce forced her out of the group. Then of course Lulu never missed a show in that Tina Turner revue in Vegas, reinjuring her hips from one too many “Proud Mary” numbers.

There is no such thing as the end; we finish a chapter and begin a new one. I don’t believe in looking back, but I think it’s good after a long uphill climb to take time off and just veg–one month at least of doing absolutely nothing, while lounging on the couch in your favorite bathrobe.

After about four weeks your body will automatically kick in and one day you’ll be impatient to get back to work. So there is of course plenty to be done but it will all keep and in the mean time you can explore Van, travel, have fun, enjoy life, catch up on your fav books and films, enjoy not getting up before the crack of dawn and just let your brain and body rest. Then like magic one day you’re up on your feet and the next your attacking life with zeal.

All of my friends who were in between jobs felt frantic one week in and I always counsel that it’s normal; relax, and allow yourself at least one month of not worrying. All of them are happy working now, but they got to enjoy their time off instead of worrying about what’s next. Dale Carnegie was right; we all worry way too much.

I am currently reading the new Lee Child book and it is a corker; twenty pages in Reacher was in trouble and fighting back, breaking bones and cracking heads. I finally got season 1 of Rome and I’m going to celebrate Festivus with intrigue, gladiators and kick assery galore.

  36. Who says dogs can’t smile? That sure looks like a smile on Jelly’s face to me.

On one of the Farscape discussion boards, we watched what a certain cable channel was doing to SGU and were saddened but not surprised by the outcome. After you’ve had it done to you, you recognize the signs when it’s being done to someone else.

I really hope you guys get a way to finish this story, preferably on another channel. If not, maybe a series of novels or something?

We’ll be waiting and hoping, and watching the remaining ten eps when they air.

  37. I have to say I’ve enjoyed SGU very much since it first started airing and I hope, if you get a chance at a third season on another network, you learn from the mistakes made and make the show even better.

  38. Nice to Jelly having and moving.

Ok, re the cancelation notice – Twitter? Seriously? Please tell us SyFy called Mr Wright at least…

  39. Jelly — looking great! She looks like she feels much better. She knows she’s still got a lot of living to do.

Joe – busy, huh? Is that the kind of busy that involves lounging on the couch in your bathrobe covered by the doggies and watching movies? Pushing the buttons on those remotes takes lots of energy!

I’m currently and finally reading The Gathering Storm by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson. Have you tried The Wheel of Time series?

I’m also relunctantly reading Harry Potter books after being pestered into it by my daughters. The things we are willing to do for our children. 😉

  40. I see too late that I have created a new word — relunctantly. The past perfect tense of reluctantly.

  41. As many as asked is there a way for another studio/network to pick up SGU even for one season?

I think that what should of happen was that the Network should have pickup season 3 and let that season be the determinator of the series.

The choice was made to present Stargate in a totally different way (which I for one enjoyed) and I think they (the network/studio) should have the the SGU producers/showrunners 3 seasons to present that change, I am of the belief that it would have a success as the last few episodes of the 1st ten of season 2 as shown.

  42. Glad to see you make it back to the pugs Mr M, they miss you.

Any noise from the new MGM management on the Stargate franchise?

To folks reading this blog. Skiffy (AKA SyFy) will block anything to do with SGU based on the previous SG1 & SGA cancellations. There is no way they will let someone else pick up the SGU series and make them look bad by succeeding where they fail. Don’t think any of the Stargate movies already scripted will be made. However a new Stargate series or new movies might be possible.

  43. Just wanted to chime in my support for trying to save SGU in some form, preferably a third season on another network (any chance Canada’s Space Channel could pick it up and put it into US syndication? … or perhaps back to SG-1’s root network?)

It’s the first show in over 10 years (since ST:Voyager) that I’ve actually followed every week. I’ve actually bought all the episodes off iTunes. I love the show, and don’t hide that I do.

Please keep us posted, Joe, on the future of the show and anything fans can do to help!

  44. I know, like many professions, it’s probably not something that’s considered “polite” to comment on, but it seems awfully rude the way everyone found out. It’s like when RadioShack fired a bunch of their employees via e-mail. Maybe they attached it to the Christmas card on your gift (that might actually be tackier than Twitter). Of course, I’m not in the industry, so I have no idea how these things normally play out.

I certainly hope this isn’t the end. I’d love to see another network pick up SGU. *sigh* A fan can dream, can’t she?

  45. Welcome home, Joe. I enjoyed reading about your culinary adventures.

As the year winds down, I just wanted to extend thanks for being a part of my eclectic collection of morning online reading. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!

(Hm… Was going to post a picture of my dogs out in the snow this morning, a sort of greeting from my dogs to yours, but it turns out I don’t have a place online set up to store it. Will have to rectify that. 🙂 )

  46. Oh hey, what was I thinking? A Very Merry Christmas to everyone here on the blog too!

  47. dioxholster: “I bet in an alternate reality somewhere SGU is doing really well.”

    Yes, it’s called “Canada”. 🙂

  48. I ask this with complete sincerity. After all you’ve done for the fans with this blog, please for our sake and yours, please do us the honor of trying to find a new home for SGU. We love the work done on the show and we won’t go down without a fight! We encourage you to do the same out of your love, appreciation and hard work for the franchise and the fans. I know it would mean the world to myself and the rest of the fans to see everyone fighting for this gem of a show to continue.

We need our SGU back! Don’t let SyFy end the franchise. Show them how wrong they were to not renew it!

Glad you’re back safe and have a great holiday! Also those dogs are “ever so cute!”

  49. So nice to see that Jelly is up and about! Love the pic of the two pups sleeping. So adorable.

Syfy postage due package? Stay classy Syfy. Geez. Good luck in all your endeavors, Joe.

It does make my household sad that SGU will possibly not be around next season. We’ll cherish what’s left of the season. Syfy as a network does suck. Remember what happened to the WB? Seems like they’re heading in that direction.

  50. Joe, I wanted to take a moment to express a few thoughts, many already voiced herein.

#1 – SGU is a fine example of an intelligently written, produced, directed and acted science fiction series. By that definition alone, it doesn’t belong on the SyFy channel, they don’t deserve it. You let us know how the fans can help move her over to another outlet and believe me, we will, oh, we absolutely will.

#2 – A mere 17 years of the Stargate world is not enough, not nearly enough. Their are so many more stories to tell and adventures to unfold.

#3 – Young at heart Jelly looks FABULOUS! Look how sprite and lively she dances for her honey (you). That surgery did the trick. She is so happy! You are SUCH a good doggie daddy Joe, bless your heart. 😀

#4 – My furry kids and I wish you, your furry kids and everyone at Stargate Universe, a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. This from a lady with 2 cats, in New Jersey by the shore, who wants more SGU please Santa, ple-e-e-eze ❗

    Huzzah!
    2cats

  51. Aw, Jelly! Way to go, girl! Such snugglesome puppers!

    @dioxholster

… and the movies have been made, SGA is still on the air, and the animated series is in preproduction. I’m moving to your proposed alternate universe soon, where I am nearly six feet of hot Amazon, a happily employed artist, actress and writer with a n adoring husband who strangely resembles (insert hot actor with whom I’m in fangrrrl love with at the moment). Science fiction has taught me this is entirely possible. Possible, not probable. Yes, I have a chance for it to be true. A chance is a chance, however slim.

Sigh. I think I have bronchitis, that, or a mule kicked in my sternum while I slept. Ouch. And I’m trying to get used to my new chin-length haircut. Yesterday I went and donated my hair to Locks of Love. They take colored hair now, and a shorter length (8 inches) than before. I hope a young lady wears it in good health, with joy.

  52. 🙂 I love the double harness on Jelly. If she thinks she can do more than she’s allowed then you can just lift her up. Nothing but air. 🙂
I was REALLY bummed when I had found out about Syfy dropping SGU. Then some while later my total Italian stubborn side kicked in & I was all “I’m not going to let them stop the franchise!!”. 😀 I have VHS tapes of SG1. Seriously. They’re not allowed to stop it. The SGU story was finally really engaging me. I’ve been watching all along, but it finally had more elements that interested me & if nothing else the storyline should be given another FULL season to complete itself.
I figure MGM HAS TO carry on in some way. argh! grrr!
So randomly I’m tweeting @MGM_Studios and letting them know that they cannot just let great Sci Fi disappear. How irresponsible! We need to find another network/channel to keep it going. It’s not like it (Stargate itself) has only ever been on Syfy.
I get what you’re saying though. It’s a long shot, and highly doubtful, but not beyond possibility.

Aussuu by any chance had you seen Patrick Gilmore’s tweet/twitpic? It was before the show was dropped. I’m guessing you probably have but shall share just in case. 🙂 http://twitpic.com/3d0f98

  53. Okay so I am hoping that with the surgery and stem cell Jelly is going to be much much better.

Glad you are safe and sound at home.

  54. Just wondering…all entertainment agreements have NOTICE provisions…with VERY detailed instructions on how such notices are to be sent. Did EVERYONES agreement mysteriously have this missing? Not that the “breach” word applies here…BUT WTH…a tweet would NEVER qualify. I have written and negotiated so many writer, director, actor…producer agreements…I am at a loss to figure this out!

I wake up each day and the wave of sadness returns. You deserved at the very least to have been notified appropriately.

My phone prevents me from re-reading this post…so I apologize in advance for any predictive typing errors.

    🙁

  55. @max: Didn’t your mother ever tell you that if you have nothing nice to say, not to say anything at all? Bah humbug…

  56. This is a question to clarify how things are done, I’m wondering if it is Syfy’s obligation to notify MGM and then their obligation to notify you and the cast there at Bridge when a show is canceled? I have read that Syfy is not supposed to contact you guys directly about such matters but there is alot of conflicting stories out there about how this was supposed to have gone down.
    Thanks

  57. First of all I’m glad your dog is doing better 🙂 And glad to see you made it home in one piece..

As for SGU’s cancellation, this is an outrage.. I mean yeah, the show wasn’t very good at the very beginning, but is to be expected after canceling on of the best shows ever.. But I for one stuck it out for a few episodes (more or less..) and it was well worth it. I can’t even begin to explain how much I love the show ever since season 2 hit.. It finally got back to good ol’ Stargate… And because it wasn’t very good at the beginning (In my opinion and NO offense what so ever to you Joe) people quit watching (apparent if you look at the ratings) and the amazing show that it is NOW is getting canceled.. How horrible is that… After 17 amazing years, gone…. Just horrible.. Why not cancel some worthless show like Jersey Shores.. Anything but Stargate… 🙁

Anyways, on a happy note, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! 😀

  58. Oh yeah, and like dioxholster said, at least we can take comfort in the fact that somewhere in some alternate reality Stargate Universe is doing well. ;D

  59. Hello Joe.

Welcome home. Looks like everyone was glad to see you. Speaking of being glad to see something, I am relieved that Jelly is doing well with her recovery.

    Best wishes for the holidays,

    Bryan

  60. Jelly!!! She IS smiling! You can tell she feels so much better and is moving better. We can tell from the sound of your voice in the video, Joe, that her Daddy is feeling better, too. You’ve already gotten one of the big things you wanted for Christmas. Go, Jelly! Go, Jelly!

The rest of the furkidlings look wonderful as well. They look happy and relaxed. Loved Bubba’s signature head tilt. And the snugglebugs.

Christmas for us would be some continuation of all flavors of Stargate. 🙂

Very belated thanks to Thornyrose, Ultracurious, and Joan001 for complimentary responses to yours truly’s cancellation reaction.

Was Brad/Mr. Wright overseeing shooting of extra film for Season 2 on the aircraft carrier? At the same time John Lenic tweeted that he, Alaina Huffman, Elyse Levesque, and Brian J. Smith were out in San Diego working on a special project. It took them out to sea on the USS Carl Vinson somewhere in the mid-Pacific.

Please say Hello and Merry Christmas! to Mamma & Sis from all of us in the blog family. Looking forward to seeing them, too. 🙂

  61. Welcome home! Glad to see Jelly up and about, she looks really chuffed. The bedtime pic? Awww, so cute 🙂 Merry Christmas everyone, and a happy new year.

  62. Chotto busy.

    Late post tonight.

    Decisions, decisions.

    Conversation with Brad.

    Interesting.

  63. COOL – conversations with Brad…and the word “Interesting.” Not sure of context of the “decisions” word though.

Can’t wait for you to share more.

  64. Jelly looks FANTASTIC! What a difference !!!!

Merry Christmas to you, Joe – and to all fellow followers 🙂

  65. Hey Joe,

Where you going with that chocolate in your hand….

These little tid bits you are throwing at us, like we are birds waiting for tiny morsels of goodness, are at the least, intriguing…

Keep it up, mee’sa enjoying it.

Good to see Pugkidjelly up and about and that’s some bitchin’ scar she has!!! She’s happy your home 🙂

Have a great Christmas… to you, Akemi, Mama Joe, Sis and pugkids xxx

  66. Decisions, decisions??

Wish you’d decide to post a new entry before my bedtime!

    🙂

Have a good night, Joe. I hope that convo with Brad was a positive one. I’ll check back in the A.M., see what’s up…but for now I gotta get my beast sleep (hell, I gave up looking like a beauty a loooong time ago! 😉 ).

    das

  67. I soo wish we could edit our posts… agh! Spelling Nazi realised she made a typo!!

    Substitute ‘your’ for ‘you’re’… eeeeeek!!!

  68. After reading Brad’s comment tonight… I can see why no one was notified. Syfy’s obligation would have been To MGM. Since MGM has not concluded it is over yet… Hence no notices. I would love to know your “on or before” date. Can’t help but wonder how much time MGM has to work something else out. Interesting indeed Joe.
