If Seven were still Seven from Voyager, I’d choose her. But assuming Seven is Seven from Picard now too, Zoe wins versus updated Seven.
Teyla beats Dr Keller. Telepathy can be handy.
Dr Frazier beats flighty River Tam.
Delenn would be my preference over Ivanova though. Just a better character I think. More nuances, more mystery, more capable. More interesting.
