Mark Spears’ portrait of “Ursa” for Supergirl #17 seems to be an homage to Sarah Douglas’ portrayal in SUPERMAN II (1980).
I like the color scheme of the Batman one and the notion of a a metal-clad super sentient standing on a balcony celebrating nuptuals amuses me.
I never got into comics beyond a leather-bound Batman comic book I eventually gave to a friend who liked it even more than I did. I did see the animated movie Superman Red Son a while back though, and I very much enjoyed this, to me, fresh take.
