The most watched Livestream had 88,000 viewers when they called it quits for the stream. The plane was still to be in the air for another hour or more, but it was pretty far up in the sky and the banner wasn’t glaringly visible, it seemed. Still, I expect Amazon folks knew or learned what the buzz (up in the sky and on the sidewalk below) was about.
Viewers were around 500 for the first half hour then leapt to ten times that. Then doubled, then again, etc. Definitely spread the word. For an hour #SaveStargate was the sixth highest trending Twitter hashtag in America.
On the choices above, I would choose Maybourne over Vala, and Todd over G’Kar because I think they could have some good interactions with a sustainable balance of humor and seriousness.
I’d enjoy seeing Todd and G’Kar in the same scene though. Can you imagine Todd’s reaction to hearing about the Narn prior to his taking the Hoffman/Keller de-Wraithifying jab?

The livestream Amazon MGM flyover peaked at 93.000 live viewers. It was crazy, climbing with thousands of people per minute. It cannot go unnoticed!
That live stream got up to 100k concurrent viewers at one point! This fanbase is awesome!
