So, which were YOUR favorites?
My favorite is Draculina: Blood Simple #1 – cover art by Lucio Parrillo. It reminds me of “League of Extradentary Gentlemen”. It wasn’t a very popular movie but I liked it! There’s a scene where Mina (a vampire) kills her attacker and Tom Sawyer says “Boy. They told me European women had funny ways.” Then Mina delicately cleans herself up with a small mirror and Tom says “You missed a spot. Just there (points).” I know I like corny movies but it was a fun flick!
Stay warm! I’m going for a walk (in shorts) before it rains again. 👋🏼
I was considering “M3gan” for a movie night but here was your review from January 2023: “A terrific premise undone by a paint-by-number execution. A resounding meh.” I might still go for it. The trailer looks cool.
Lazarus Planet: Omega has almost as many alternate covers as the new Gargoyles series’ issues: https://previewsworld.com/Search?mode=A&q=gargoyles
