I keep wanting to hit the “Like” button on those pictures up there. Geeze, I think I’m on Twitter! Hope Suji and Akemi enjoy Christmas at Suji’s grandma’s house.
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy at the same time once. It’s nothing to be afraid of. You can do it Joe. The only bad part is the preparation for the colonoscopy. I had to drink this horrible stuff and then spend a few hours in the bathroom while everything “cleared out”. A sedative for the procedure and next thing I know they are waking me up. No pain, and could not tell anything had happened.
Once a lady at church had her gallbladder removed (they went in and sucked it out) on a Friday and she was in church 2 days later on Sunday! My mom had her gallbladder removed when she was about 88 or 89 years old. She had bad flu like symptoms so I took her to the emergency room. She had gallstones – lots of them. They said she probably had this building up for years. She had her gallbladder and all the stones removed and did fine – eating wise after that. She loved fried foods like eggs, bacon, chicken, anything fried. She lived to almost 95.
Wonderful pictures! Is Suji looking forward to her trip?
How are you feeling? If you’re thinking gall bladder, stay away from fatty foods! Yes, I know that’s your jam but that’s what triggered an attack in one of my besties. She got her gallbladder removed, and with very little recovery time. Plus, she hasn’t had any problems since then. So, be good on your trip! No Faux gras, fried chicken or other tasty foods like those. 😉
Nothing makes me feel better than a wonderful dose of Ms. Suji. ❤
Messy Suji!
