Busy week ahead!  Pitch on Tuesday.  Pitch Wednesday.  Informal zoom chat Thursday.  And zoom chat with the comic book company on Friday.  In the meantime, I anxiously await notes on Project F as we discuss possibly attaching a K-pop group to the project and, hopefully, securing one of my favorite concept artists for the deck.  Next up: the pilot of that near-future android murder mystery.  Rumblings of pilot script deals on two projects I’m currently developing.  I also have to recalibrate two pitches for two very different projects.  And, of course, later today…

I’ll be joining the gang at Orville Nation to discuss Dark Matter Episode 310, Built Not Born, with director Melanie Orr and actress Natalie Brown (Sarah).

Today’s Yes/No…

Y’know, I’d definitely try this.

5 Science-Backed Secrets for Better Sleep

Hate to be THAT guy, but these aren’t secrets.

  1. So many projects! I hope all this juggling winds up in something landing.

All I can think of about the cocktail is putting cointreau and Mr. Noodles in a blender and I just can’t.

    Gentle hugs to Drea!

  2. I’m obsessed over true crime, also. My hubby keeps giving me “suspicious looks”. I told him unless he notices his life insurance being upped, he shouldn’t worry. 😉 In all honesty, it’s depressing to see how many spouses/partners kill their other.

Yes, I’ve tried all of those sleep tricks with varied success. I sleep with an ice pack now and I’m trying THC products. The THC products do seem to relax me but I wake up midway through the night wide awake.

    Waves to Drea!

  3. Good luck on your pitches and projects. Surely something good is going to come from all of this effort, especially now that production is resuming with the ease from the pandemic.

As for the cocktail, I don’t drink alcohol, but I would probably try that if I did. After all, we enjoy all sorts of foods cooked with wine and liquor. It makes sense to turn it around and use broth in a cocktail. Just as long as you stay away from fish and seafood drinks….

    1. No, haven’t locked in the K-pop group(s) on this one. We’re still finalizing the presentation.

  4. Ooh … pitches and chats. Need lots of good food to stay strong then! LOL
Please … be there nice executives and networks to pick up your shows.
