So, last night I found myself with a window of free time between my two scripts and my episode 1 cut (that never materialized) and seized the opportunity to go through the various discs, DV’s, and hard-drives I’ll be shipping out to MGM this week.  I can’t access a good 95% of the material, but if the descriptions scrawled on the labels are any indication, fans are in for a real treat…

April 23, 2019: More From The Stargate Trove!

Interviews with Michael, Chris and Colonel Carter no less.  Also crash burn and explosion tests.

April 23, 2019: More From The Stargate Trove!

Oodles of Atlantis stuff: McKay playing with a wraith torpedo, Atlantean gadgetry, and…the SG mascot?

April 23, 2019: More From The Stargate Trove!

Burning Vala, Atlantis stunt coordinator James “Bam Bam” Bamford, the complete Atlantis set, and a cast read-thru.

THIS is gonna be fun.

Also a lot of fun is this short excerpt from that Stargate: Extinction script.

  1. What is a Wraith torpedo? Does the prop have a different name or even refer to a cut scene?

  2. I could listen to Future Todd’s melodious voice all day, he really was a Wraith of distinction. Ivon had the best job ever as Chronicle, collector of truths, video scribe of crazy f/x tests. It’s going to be great to see all these videos, I love, love, love extras.

The lost Shirker’s film underline how heart wrenching it is when these treasure troves get lost.

  3. Oh Wow!! As an added bonus, you get to clean out stuff. Are you feeling any lighter? 🙂

Our trip down to Panama City, FL was fun. However, it was very sad seeing the devastation leftover from Hurricane Michael. The contrast from the tourist section to the inland part is striking. There are a lot of mobile homes dwellers (of every sort) living deeper inland and Micheal made a mess of their lives/property. Most of the houses still had tarps on the roofs. In conclusion, “Appreciate your good fortune”.

  4. Wow, it’s such a shame Stargate Extinction never got made. Future Todd!? Mind. Blown.

Hope MGM follows through and provides fan access. I wonder how Brad’s “talks” with MGM are going.
