  1. So, Dark Matter will air at it’s usual time on this Friday, 10pm Eastern, then ep 212 starting at 11pm? Why? Killjoys finished it’s season last week and that would leave 9pm slot free to start Dark Matter an hour early. I know you don’t run programming at SyFy, but thought you could shed some light Joe.
Was it always planned to run 2 eps back to back?

The sneak peeks (images and video) look wonderful, I can’t wait to see the eps!

    =^-^= =^-^=

  2. @2cats – at that later time you’ll get to see the episodes as they should be. Any earlier and they’ll be ruined by watershed editing!

  3. Someone is…..
Check out SyfyUK website. I’m not the only one who’s upset by the AU Dark Matter episodes.

If you want I can elaborate more on the different versions to the latest episode (see my ‘gripe comment of 4th Sept)

  4. Is this Friday the season finale? My son has converted all three of his college roommates into DM fans. They only seem to watch Netflix or Chromecast though. Do they factor in Netflix ratings at renewal time?

Oh and I’m so sorry Mr. Binder’s show didn’t get renewed. The writing was very good and I was beginning to enjoy H & D’s twists.

Thanks Drea, from yesterday’s post. Things have taken a bad turn for Dr Jo. The cancer has spread to her lungs. She seems more upset over not being able to work than the cancer spreading. It broke my heart to see her crying over how she would be financially able to go on. After talking to some friends in the Hospice field, I relayed what I found out about disability to her family. (leaving out the word “hospice”, they don’t seem ready to hear that) They are getting a lawyer to navigate what the best options are for her. The Hospice worker said that Jo’s denial would be the biggest impediment. There’s a whole lot of denial and mentally, she seems altered (guess that could be the meds?). Her denial is keeping her happy now, and she seems more determined going into this chemo. Any prayers you guys could send will be appreciated!

  5. Two eps of DM! Double your pleasure, double your fun!

Took my kitty Cola to the vet today for a dental. She’s home now, almost toothless, and is a bit spacey. She’s been travelling around the house with only brief rest periods. Her brother reacted differently to the morphine-like drugs last year and spent three days guarding the hall closet. lol I can only laugh because the bills are too painful to contemplate. These furkids of mine are really draining my resources. It’s getting into scary-broke territory, but I don’t have to eat. It’ll be fine! lol

@Tam Dixon I’m sorry about Dr. Jo. Sending tons of positivity her way and yours.

  6. These episodes were “FABULOUS!!!!’ Oh my gosh I wasn’t expecting Ryo to DO that. The one person, for sure, but the other one? YIKES!!!

But on a very sad note, @TamDixon I am shedding many tears right now for Dr. Jo. How brave she is being — or maybe denial is the only thing keeping her holding on right now because she wants to fight. It’s a sad reminder to all of us to make every day count because your days may be limited. I am glad she has you to count as a friend. Does she still have her fund going?
