Agreed. This dream team would make quite a movie or mini series. A pre-apocalyptic crisis leads the galaxy’s leaders to assemble the brightest and best, regardless of age, to save life as we know it. Deceased personnel can have their wisdom referenced and made accessible via hologram. Can you imagine the cast budget alone? Not to mention the sfx costs for assembling the entourage of ships that would be following the dream team’s craft. The idea is cost prohibitive, but it would be so much fun to see the younger and much older working together.
