It’s Mother’s Day here in the U.S. I think you Canadians have already had yours or maybe it is today too? (You celebrate Thanksgiving on a different day too.) Anyway, I’m pretty sure Akemi was happy to have her baby boy Sharky with her, and your mom was happy to have her baby boy Joe with her today! Hope your mom is doing better every day.

You and Das have the right idea bout motivating your mom to get through rehab. With my mom, it was going back to her house that motivated her. She wasn’t a fan of being in someone else’s control. 🙏🏻🤞🏻🍀👋🏻
