Hanging out with her old friend, Totoro.
Taking the new wheels out for a spin.
The new wheelchair supports her front legs as well as her hindquarters. She’s not putting her full weight on either but at least she’s putting SOME weight on them, going through the walking motion and exercising those weak muscles.
This is her in action…
And this is our new breakfast routine…

Loved the picture the other day you posted on Twitter of Suji and Lulu out for a walk. So sweet.
In that first video of Suji walking the hall, at the very end I thought Wow! She sure does have a big tongue!
Amazing to see that contraption you have for Suji! She is so fortunate to be living out her life with you two!
We’re lucky to have her.
Whoever invented doggy wheels was a genius and deserves an award. I know for a fact that some of the dogs would have been put down and now can lead fairly normal lives.
On yesterday’s news link about the stolen heads, have you ever seen the movie “Eight Heads in a Duffle Bag”? It was a cute movie. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118541/ I love the “Sandman” dream scene.
I’m still dragging from my Covid/Shingles shots. 🙁 Some of the side effects that I assumed were from the shingles vax were really from the covid one. 🙁
Yes, that’s the movie I was referring to.
The happy tail wag and confident trot are wonderful to see, Suji navigates so well in her chair!
