I wonder if you would answer my question regarding the concept art:
While all but two of the images are from Bane, what episode are sg1_6_ep10_12b-rotated.jpg and sg1_5_ep10_12b-rotated.jpg from? The entrance to the hall is in the shape of Thor’s hammer, which I cannot place as being in Bane.

Then the concept art probably is from Thor’s Hammer. It was sitting in the SG-1 Season 2, Episodes 10, 11, 12 folder.
