Ice Storm 2021 hit. Not as bad as the one in 1994. I was living in Memphis at an apartment complex then. There was a half inch of ice on my car and I couldn’t open the doors. “No work for me!” However, my attempts at a day off were thwarted by Dr Jo. Shad had a four wheel drive and came to pick me up. 🙁 We did close early and drove around Graceland (the back roads) to look at all the trees down. It looked like a tornado had struck. I’d much rather have a good snow storm….
How’s life there? Still in lockdown? Vaccine roll out going ok there? Any new dishes by Akemi? Did she move the garden inside? I need a life and live vicariously through others, so do tell. 😉
