  1. I’m torn between Action Comics #1003 and Heroes in crisis. Speaking of, my latest Dream Eight: Worlds Collide || Meeting Maisie Williams, Arya Stark: Game of Thrones & Rush & Hotel Mazes, The New Mutants, Wolfsbane

Nice covers this week! Keep the writer’s room posts coming!! elgardner

  2. Wonder Woman

  3. Wasted Space and
    Doomsday Clock
    Nice choices to analyze…

  4. I would say Wonder Woman because I like a lot old style covers with catch phrases in word balloons.

Also, Justice League Odyssey, nice compo and logo design.

Friendo is pretty cool too, nice Florida vibe, colors and clean compo. Efficient.

  5. My choice of cover art in this batch is Friendo.

By the way, Joe. I’m assuming your little road trip isnt until this weekend?
If you decide to go with driving 190 to head into Buffalo,
Before you head to Amherst for Duffs Original Famous Hot Wings for lunch,
    http://www.duffswings.com/our-story/
Treat yourself to a stop off on Main street in Niagra falls
    at “Book Corner”.
You will likely much enjoy this long established independent bookstore.

(It was a very long time ago, but I still remember my visit there,
so this one is a personal recommendation.) xo

After an early lunch then you can head into Buffalo
to the Queens City Comic Book store.

And then, the smaller, Empire Comics & Collectibles
if you have any energy left, before returning home.

    Have Fun!

  6. I’m seeing a trend. Batman. Superman. Wonder Women. I can’t pick a favorite but Friend O has me intrigued. Love the eyeglasses as a frame.

Am I the only person who actually liked Justice League and am very sad to hear the DC has decided to go with yet another revamp of our beloved Superman & Batman? I really like Henry C as The Man of Steel and Ben has grown on me as Bruce/Batman. Now I’ve read that Henry C has been released to pursue other projects and poor Ben is in rehab. Despite’s all this..I’d like to see another movie with Henry & Ben as our dynamic Crime Fighting Leaguers. What do you think??

  7. Love love love that Heroes in Crisis cover! I just signed up for DC Universe.

  8. FriendO, I want to know what is happening. I hear Dire Straits playing a Miami Vice era soundtrack in my head.

Wasted Space is pretty cool too.

  9. Heroes in Crisis and Deadpool. Because well, Deadpool.

I really like Domino in Deadpool II. She was cool.

  10. No to WW, so wrong, Diana deserves way better. Love Doomsday Clock, a timely shout out to Alexander Pope. I’ve got Millie’s concord grape sorbet in the freezer, its super sweet and tart, I’m waiting for 3pm to have it as a kick to get me through the rest of the workday.

  11. https://www.fecava.org/en/newsroom/news/news-cat/small-steps-towards-healthier-pugs-in-the-netherlands.htm

Dutch pug breeders decide to allow outcrossing for healthier dogs: a small step in the right direction.
