Akemi bakes up a batch of super chocolatey chip cookies – but makes sure I drop by second unit on my way to main unit so that I can drop some off for Zoie Palmer.

  1. I would reach through the screen for one of those cookies, but I might pass along my germs. *cough hack snort*

  2. Akemi’s cookies look delicious. I love that she wants to make sure Zoie gets some of them. I’m sure she’ll be very grateful to Akemi for being so thoughtful!

  3. Now that my son has seen that picture of cookies, I have to make some. I wasn’t planning on doing it, but, oh well…chocolate chip cookies spring up across Canada!

  4. can’t wait! I’m so excited to have someone from you back on TV! I miss stargate so bad! I think we should start the campaign now to get netfilx/hulu to purchase the rights / produce the next season when the sort sited folks at syfi cancel it midway though 2nd season.

but seriously I can’t wait to see it! loved the comic

  5. 1. It’s not fair that you don’t weigh 300 pouinds. I took one look at those cookies and gained 10. 😛

    2. I am getting really nervous. Not excited…I’m not one who gets excited (positive expectations) over things, but rather someone who gets nervous (negative expectations). After the pummeling that JW got over this latest Avengers movie (which was darn good – lots of character devel), I’m just afraid of all the things that could go wrong with DM’s debut, including drawing out all of the old SG negative nellies. I just want it to be spectacular! But I’m afraid to get my hopes up.

    3. Why can’t we pronounce ‘debut’ as ‘de butt’? Then we could call debutantes ‘de butt ants’. I think I just might call ’em that anyways! 😀

    das

  6. @sort sited folks at syfi cancel it midway though 2nd season

It’s a different era now. During the Stargate days, you could be cancelled for pulling a 0.4. Now, if you pull a 0.4, you’re doing pretty well. I’m actually genuinely shocked at how low the network is rating for its shows. It’s like people just upped and left for whatever reason. I’m thinking people will come back for Space shows. Certainly I’ve seen a lot of people expressing their desire for a ship in space show.

  7. That Flash/Arrow spinff now has a name and a series order.

Legends of Tommorow, the cast is pretty good too. Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller being in the show was a great decision there, they also have a few other good names. It looks like Rip Hunter? Is the main character, I had to google that one. He’s a DC comic character.

  8. Can I give you my address so you can drop by with some of those cookies Akemi made!!! Cookies and Dark Matter makes the woodman very happy. lol

  9. Hey Joe, thanks to you and the whole Dark Matter team. You were great to work with. Proud to have been a part of it all.
    Cheers, Steve

  10. Those cookies have me hypnotized. I love the heart shaped tray! How many stembolts can I buy with that Dark Matter credit card?

  11. Akemi needs to open a home kitchen where she sends out baked goods to people like us. Of course, I’m trying to lose some weight I gained with my knee stuff, so that may not be the ideal thing at the moment.
