Avasarala all the way. She gets the job done and doesn’t mind banging some heads together. Kosh is too enigmatic. And Inara relies too much on her wiles . . . her feminine wiles.
Delenn. She is wise but also knows when to kick butt. Woolsey, while improving, was still too much of a bureaucrat and I could never take Neelix seriously.
Daniel Jackson . . . although I don’t really think of him, Worf, or Rygel as great diplomats.
Sarek. The OG. I can’t remember the name of the ginger deaf dude but I hated that episode. And I don’t think of Wray as much of a diplomat either.
