I spent much of today learning about RSI (Relative Strength Index) and its use as a momentum oscillator to help identify overbought and oversold stock, bearish and bullish divergences, failure swings, uptrends, downtrends, and reversals. It’s complex stuff, occasionally confusing, but once it begins to make sense, it’s fascinating to spot the patterns. My goal is to master a basic understanding of a different technical indicator each day. Next up: MACD, Bollinger bands, Fibonacci retracement and, if I’m feeling particularly daring, Ichimoku cloud!
I received a delivery order from a wholesale meat producer that usually services restaurants. I think I may have accidentally ordered 10 lbs of wings which, it turns out, is considerably more than what I assumed my buddy Ivon and I could put away at Wild Wings. Thank goodness for that extra mini freezer I picked up.
And while we’re on the subject, I’d just like all the fried chicken restaurants in Toronto to know that people don’t just eat fried chicken at dinner. Sometimes, they would LOVE to have it for lunch too.
So tell me, what favorite restaurant meal are you missing?

Actress Jewel Staite (@JewelStaite) was a guest star on the second season of #Stargate: Atlantis. She was so damn good, and so great to work with, that we ended up creating another character for her and bringing her back as a series regular. pic.twitter.com/v0lZQZ0D89
