These were my favorites…

Age Of X-Man: X-Tremists #3 (cover art by Rahzzah)

Doctor Strange #13 (cover art by Jesus Saiz)

Heroes in Crisis #8 (cover art by Mitch Gerads, Clay Mann, Tomeu Moray)

Thanos #1 (cover art by Jeff Dekal)

The Warning #6 (cover art by Ed Laroche)
So, which were YOUR faves?
I think “Age of X-Man: X-Tremists” is gorgeous. I get a very strong urge to squint when I look too directly at the sun on that cover. The lens effects are done beautifully and it looks more like a photograph than an illustration. And while I don’t know who the very large person on the cover is, it’s good to see some plus-size heroes.
I also like “Heroes in Crisis” because it’s not your average looking comic book cover. It’s also extremely detailed and looks like someone worked a very long time on it. Maybe they had a stamp and did it in seconds, I don’t know, but it looks good.
Visually and style wise I love each of these stunning covers, although Age of X-men made me go ‘ooo’ when I first saw it
So today, my favs are chosen because of their ‘aww’ factor
Age of X-men and Thanos are tops…. 🤗
I like the stark and ominous simplicity of “The Warning”. It really makes me want to find out what it’s about.
The Warning cover is beautiful in a doomsday situation.
