Damn! Season four is the best season so far even if we only get to read it. I am massively loving this, Joe. Thank you so much for keeping the story alive.
Awesome! Im home sick atm and bored silly but unable do much of anything…I was on the edge of my seat, loving these virtual episodes of virtual season 4 – its such a shame nobody will/will be able to pick it up elsewhere and run with it, right channel and timeslot and I think this show would have flown way beyond that space time rift!
The Wrap on IMDB is showing some Dark Matter love. 11 TV Shows You Forgot Were Comic Books. DM is front and center. Made me smile!!
S4Ep2….aargh!! If only!! I’d settle for a good old fashioned radio show with corny 1950’s sound effects if that meant it could come back! Though I’d really like to see 2 & 3 in black leather again and 5’s green hair & Android, 1, Wexler, Anders, Traffault & 6. I’m still pissed at Ryo, 4 no more! He deserves to be made to suffer before he is accepted back into the Raza crew!! A memory reboot is too easy!
This is a great story – as soon as I saw that this much was available, I couldn’t do anything else but read it right then. The Expanse might be good, but Dark Matter is all by itself -I admit, I can hardly wait to see what happens in Act 2. I wish Amazon would read what happens and HAVE to pick DM up. Thanks very much for continuing the story – this is very much appreciated!!!
I was about to type poor Ryo, but he’s sooo evil! But still, poor Ryo, he can’t help having abandonment issues after being driven out of his palace and framed for murder. I enjoyed a lil cup of amazing lemon ice cream yesterday, perfect texture and tartness, not too sweet, just tasty. http://www.millieshomemade.com/
So if the US gets a Space Force, how many TV franchises may we expect? This has to be the strangest thing I’ve heard in a long while. I’m kinda laughing and kinda weeping, and keeping my fingers crossed for human civilization.
Loved your work from stargate so when I first heard about dark matter I was like why not give it a go. It was going great. At least reading some of what you had plan for season 4 helps. Such a shame you didn’t get a chance to complete the full story. The non closure is so fustrating for a fan I can’t imagine how it feels for someone who’s worked on it a long time, especially considering it was doing really well.
Still enormously devastated that Syfy canceled Dark Matter, as it is STILL one of my favorite shows that I watch (and re-watch) almost daily. I absolutely love the syfy/futuristic/apocalyptic TV & Movie genre, but Dark Matter was thing of its own and really could have been for many seasons to come. There was still so many things that were left untold or explained, and leaving the fans high & dry after finally giving us a glimpse of what was to come with the much anticipated “black ships” and alien entities seen in Season 3’s finale. That’s like creating a hit tv show, such as Game of Thrones, and then ending it before people could actually see why winter was so feared, dangerous & capable of an extinction level event.
I do so appreciate being able to read what would have been, but would still kill for someone to pickup where Syfy left off & create (at the very least) season 4.
