Director Steve DiMarco takes a stroll through the pod room (photo by Renee Chan).
The pods – one of three new looks we’ll be featuring in season 3.
I believe the sign is self-explanatory.
Crew blocking. Or the line-up for today’s oreo cake dessert.
Director Bruce McDonald shows off his mad sword skills.
From the Wayne Gretzky collection. Brantford Ontario’s smoothest drinking.
Sitting down with the international press.
And finally, I found this sitting on my desk today courtesy of 1st Assistant Art Director Roxanne Borris. And, inside, a little bedtime reading:
Roxanne’s card is wonderful. It’s just hard to believe Bubba is gone. 🙁
I didn’t know Gretzky had his name on a collection!
Wow day 72… Sigh.. just have to wait months to see your work.
What a beautiful, thoughtful gift.
Oreo cake, swords, and whisky? PARTY!
There’s just something inherently eerie about a “pod room”. Great design!
I agree with maggiemayday: whisky, swords, Oreo cake = Party!
That was a very thoughtful gift from Roxanne. Missing Bubba’s daily exploits. Extra long hugs to Lulu & Suji from me.
Dark Matter Season 2 coming to DVD on 6/13!!!
Hi Joe,
Love the cover of “For every dog, an angel”. I may want to pick up a copy, although my dogs are only into stories if there’s a treat in it for them.
And I’ll have to get your thoughts on the Wayne Gretzy No. 99 whiskey…I’m always up for something new.
Now back to my charity business; car-repair for my kids…
Lovely gift/card from Roxanne.
Sinister-looking pods – located in another part of Dr Shaw’s labs? 🤔
Did someone say Oreo cake? Sorry, I didn’t read anything past that part…
@JeffW LOL charity business — car repair for your kids. That made me laugh. I at first said, “Charity business?” and then saw the “car repair for my kids.”
Oreo cake, huh? Patrick had 4 mega Oreo’s today. They are the size that Double Stuff Oreos were when they came out and the Double Stuff Oreos of today are more like the original Oreos. When I was buying them in the store, the associate at Walmart was polite but really didn’t care about my sharing that story either.
For every dog, an angel? Okay, that made me weep for a few minutes.
