Let’s celebrate Valentine’s Day (except in Pakistan where it’s apparently been outlawed) with a brand new episode title! Here are the results of yesterday’s fan poll:
Wow. This one wasn’t even close. I honestly thought “This Galaxy’s Most Notorious” would have put in a better showing, but what do I know? That’s why I just write and produce the episodes and leave the naming to those more qualified.

Our apartment is now a veterinary clinic. Poor Lulu, laid up by a paw injury enjoys some R&R.
This is poor Bubba and his hacking old man’s cough. Based on the x-rays, the early prognosis isn’t good, but we’ll learn more after tomorrow’s ultrasound.
Despite this, he seems happy during the day and his appetite is good. This afternoon, he hit the park with doggy uber (aka Akemi).
Tonight, Akemi and I celebrate Valentine’s Day by taking Bubba for some blood tests, eating leftover pork, and watching Gail Harvey’s director’s cut of Episode 306! Pretty romantic.

I pick Pod 1 because if I couldn’t see out, I’d have to be dead to go in it. Okay even this I’d have to be dead but I’d at least consider it. (Nooooo I don’t have claustrophobia.)
Congestive heart failure isn’t uncommon. Often, elderly dogs can live a few quality years on nothing more dramatic than lasix or similar fluid pill. Hoping that is the case for dear Bubba. Our rescued senior toy poodle did fine, almost no coughing and was happy for 3 yrs.
Sorry to hear Lulu’s laid up with a sore paw.

I voted for “Welcome to the Revolution”. I’m 2:2. Poor Bubba~sounds like he has doggie pneumonia. Feel better vibes for Bubba and Lulu. For the pods, I like option 2 with the geometric designs which can be an aid to deter the enemy. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Oh Bubba, that cough. I do hope that it’s something that can at least be controlled for a while. It’s encouraging to see that his appetite is still good and his spirits are up. One day at a time.

I remember a time when Dr Jo had about sixteen cats at her house. She had lamps turned into IV stands. Candy dishes were filled with needles/syringes on the coffee table. Stacks of pill bottles lined the kitchen counters and the fridge was filled with vials of meds. Now, THAT was a house turned into a vet clinic! Just a bit a levity but it is a true story.
No kidding though, I pray the news comes back good on Bubba. {{Hugs}} to little Lulu too.

I’ve spent valentines day at the maritime museum and treated myself to a nutella crêpe. That’s how you do it… right?! Anyway those design photos look great, as always.
I also hope you get good news on those ultrasounds.
